◆ About this Exhibition: ◆
(From the homepage of Tokyo Wonder Site:)
This “Asia Art Alliance” has been organized in collaboration with supporters The National Culture and Arts Foundation (Taiwan), including an “International Resident Research and Exhibition Exchange Program” with the goal of developing the work of Taiwan’s young curators.

The show’s overall curator, Wu Dar-kuen, was Creator in Residence at Tokyo Wonder Site Aoyama in 2012, at which time he held a survey with the co-operation of Tokyo Wonder Site. Its results raised the contention that - through a process of dialogue and interaction with international society - Asian contemporary art may excel in both its ability and ambition, and occupy both locally- and globally-minded perspectives.
